Visit our returns portal, enter your details and submit your return.
Once submitted you will be emailed your unique QR Code
and shipping label.
Please note: You will need the invoice number for
the products you are returning e.g. INV123456
Print your shipping label at home or take your packaged
return and QR code to your nearest Australia Post Collect &
Return location (they will print the shipping label for you).
Choose to drop you return at any Post Office,
Australia Post street posting box or selected branches of
retailers such as IGA, Mitre 10 and Priceline.
Please note: If using recycled Packaging, please remove old labels.
Tracking details will be emailed to you so you can follow your return to our warehouse
Once our warehouse receives your return we will proceed with the returns check and validation.
When approved we will notify you via email with your credit note attached.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. We believe that in order to have
the best possible experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping.
For whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase simply fill in the form below and we will sort it out for you.
Free returns are only for consumable items not including the below list, does not include large or capital equipment items.
The following are COVID Products - Gloves, Masks, Gowns, Hand Sanitizer, Alcohol Wipes, Sneeze Guards,
Hand Wash, Face Shield, PPE, Any Single use item and any High Volume COVID 19 products. COVID Rapid Antigen Test Kits are none returnable or refundable.
