DESCRIPTION
- The Baseline Two Point Discrimination Devices provide an easy-to-read ruler to accurately record the measurement of tactile perception.
- The discrimination devices are designed to evaluate the sensitivity of the skin within a particular region on the body, as well as, the threshold at which pressure must be applied in order for the patient to respond to contact.
- The discrimination devices are available in three styles. Each device measures discriminations up to 14 centimeters.
- The Two Point Discrimination Device with 3rd Point provides a means to alternate between single and double point stimulation without requiring that the settings be adjusted. This allows for faster testing and transitions between contact tests.
