PP20-A & PP20-B
Silicone Molding Putty
PP20-A and PP20-B are combined and used for moulding interdigital wedges, separators, dorsal toe protectors and orthodigital splints.
Simple to use just measure equal quantities of PP20-A and PP20-B by hand until a homogeneous colour is obtained.
Mix gently in order to avoid air bubbles.

Measure equal quantities of Mix both parts together in Part PP20-A & Part PP20-B. the hands for 1-2 minutes.

After 1-2 minutes an even colour is achieved.

Ensure the orthotic is comletely set before attempting to trim.
Form the mixture into the appropriately shaped device & leave in place to set for up to 4 minutes.

Can be trimmed if necessary with a scalpel after setting.

Final smoothing can be Strong & resists tearing, comleted using a drill. producing more complicated,
longer lasting orthotics.
